WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We encourage Western wear! Jeans, boots, and hats are always welcome. The event is outdoors and indoors, so dress for comfort and bring a layer or two for the weather. We also suggest avoiding high heels for your comfort and safety, as part of the event takes place outdoors on uneven terrain.
HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
Approximately 2.5-4 hours, depending on which shuttle you select.
IS THIS ACTIVITY SUITABLE FOR KIDS?
Absolutely! Families and kids are welcome with plenty of space to roam around. We include a bonfire and s'mores in the Rundle roundhouse, lawn games, and a scavenger hunt for kids. They can also join in the line dancing! Don’t forget, kids are free on the 5:30pm shuttle.
ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?
The ticket price does not include beverages. A full-service bar with beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails will be available for purchase.
HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT?
Your ticket includes round-trip shuttle transportation from downtown Banff. Your confirmation email will include pickup details and timing.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL SHUTTLE TIMES?
There are no additional shuttle times. Shuttles depart from the public parking lot behind the Mount Royal Hotel to Ban Park Ranch at 5:30pm, 6:00pm and 6:30pm. On the 5:30pm departure, kids are FREE! Return shuttles start at 8:00pm back to downtown Ban. Last shuttle departs Banff Park Ranch to downtown Banff at 10:00pm.
CAN I DRIVE MYSELF?
No. To preserve the ranch experience and ensure guest safety, this is a shuttle-only event. All guests must take the included transportation from Banff. No guest parking is available at the ranch. Shuttle transportation is included in your ticket and required for all guests.
WHAT IF I MISS MY SHUTTLE?
We strongly recommend arriving early at the designated pickup location, as shuttles depart on time and cannot be delayed. Unfortunately, if you miss your scheduled shuttle, we cannot guarantee alternate transportation or a refund. If there is space on another shuttle aer confirmed guests have been seated, we will do our best to accommodate. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth start to your evening at The Ranch.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY REQUESTS & REQUIREMENTS?
While we can't customize individual meals, our BBQ buffet includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections. The venue is also 100% nut-free and safe for guests with nut allergies.
WHAT IF IT’S RAINING?
This event runs rain or shine! We’re ready for all weather with covered areas inside the Rundle and Cascade Roundhouses, plus plenty of western spirit to keep things warm. We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing a light jacket in case the mountains surprise us.
IS THE GRATUITY INCLUDED?
Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. For your convenience, you can pre-pay gratuity during checkout. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you bring cash to tip the staff on-site.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Guests receive a 70% refund if they cancel at least 48 hours before the activity time. However, the activity is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours.
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! The roundhouses are equipped with wheelchair friendly washrooms and interior spaces. However, please keep in mind that The Ranch terrain includes gravel paths and open grassy areas, which may be challenging for some mobility devices. If you have accessibility needs, please reach out in advance so we can assist.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
As much as we love furry friends, this event is for humans only, no pets permitted.
